IEEE NPSS Chengdu Chapter invited Dr. Gold to deliver a wonderful lecture at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). The topic included a brief history of the IEEE, the NPSS, PSAC, ICOPS, and the Transactions on Plasma Science, and an introduction to the NPSS and the NPSS Chapters Program.
