The SCINT series is a forum, beginning in 1992, on scintillator materials spanning from fundamental aspects to technological applications and it is organized every two years in a different country. This year we held the 17th international conference.

The 2024 NSS/MIC/RTSD committee has been hard at work for a few months now to ensure that our attendees have the best possible experience. As mentioned in the previous newsletter, the conference will be held in Tampa, Florida from October 26th to November 4th, 2024 at the Tampa Convention Center (https://www.tampa.gov/tcc), a beautiful venue located in the heart of the city, right on the waterfront, with over 600,000 square feet of event space and easy access to hotels, restaurants, and all amenities

The 24th edition of IEEE Real Time made it’s long awaited but successful return to an in-person conference this Spring in the beautiful coastal city of Quy Nhon, Vietnam. It had been six years since our last in-person gathering and it was an engaging week that quickly reminded us of how important it is to have all the participants be in one place together again.
